Mrs Winnie &
Mr Yanyang Peng
Founders, Group MD and Chairman, Wusien
Consumepreneur Group and NK System
Before knowing Winnie, Yan has been a
partner in the field of professional system
education and training. As an ardent student
and promoter of leadership development
and personal growth, Yan spends much time
in the research of international marketing
and personal growth support systems. Yan
is the author of many books, including
influential writings like: <Start it
Right>, <The Strategy of Success>,
<System Principles> & <Becoming
a Leader>.
Before joining the Network-Marketing
industry, Winnie has vast & successful
experience in managing and building businesses
in different countries and regions, as
an entrepreneur who is gifted with sharp
business acumen, after her involvement
in Network Marketing, she became most
concerned with the fundamental nature
of the business, that is: what determines
and influences the cashflow in Network
Marketing? How does the deep relationship
between the operation and cashflow of
the enterprise reflect in the marketing
and sales organizations? Having been a
consultant for many years, Winnie has
gained deep knowledge and understanding
pertaining to the industry. Five years
ago, she began works on the concept of
‘Consumepreneurism’ and focuses on its
culture, research, planning and development.
After knowing Winnie, the natural tendencies
to complement each others professional
strengths and their resonating mindsets
resulted in mutual admiration and attraction.
Winnie’s perspectives on marketing plans
became the cornerstone for breakthrough
in Yan’s research in the relationship
between implementation of systems and
operation of the business. At the same
time, Yan’s expertise in American system
operative models gave Winnie a chance
to rise above the Japanese business system
culture which she was trained in, this
merger of the system cultures from the
east and the west gave Winnie new perspectives
in her research of structures in Network
Marketing.
They subsequently founded NK System Corp,
in their years of professional career,
they worked with varied people, including
multinational groups, growing regional
companies and network leaders who have
more than a million members in their networks.
While working in foreign countries, they
had the first-hand opportunity to experience
cultural differences between mature markets
and developing markets, and potential
challenges facing different corporate
cultures.
Being problem-solvers by nature, Yan
and Winnie noticed that most feedback
towards the industry were pessimistic.
Looking from a pinnacle view and third
party angles, they came to these findings:
The Industry lacks Standard. The Industry
lacks proper order. The Industry lacks
professional systems. This has become
their out-cry since the last few years.
At the same time, they find it disturbing
that while a professional system for education
and training is required for increasing
team productivity, it also raises the
need for a more sophisticated company
setup, while this is the case, the speed
of improvement for the company appears
to be always behind the system. This brings
to the challenge that: when an individual
or team is inspired and raised up by the
system, they may begin to notice some
hidden shortcomings which were not obvious
in the past, especially the case for leaders
with big dreams, they will become very
eager to urgently resolve these challenges.
When Yan and Winnie began to provide
professional counseling and system-oriented
opinions upon these challenges, they became
an influence to more and more people.
This is a very painful process for Yan
and Winnie, because they understand what
these leaders want and what they hope
to achieve; they understand that these
leaders were not reluctant to grow and
transform, although there are a lot of
people who have dreams and are willing
to work hard towards achieving them by
participating in Network Marketing, believing
that they could fulfill their dreams there,
but for most people who are involved in
their chosen environment, Yan and Winnie
could not see a bright future for them.
This triggered off a strong sense of
mission in them, because they experienced
that: it is insufficient to just provide
the right answers. In real life, there
are times that knowing the truth and answer
is painful, unless you are able to provide
a workable plan and lead others through
a complete transformation. Yan and Winnie
are determined to create a new environment,
to assist those who are in need and determined
to transform, at the same time, to establish
a new standard for the whole Network Marketing
industry, to become leaders towards a
orderly future.
They spent two years of their time to
prepare for this transformation, to welcome
this transformation. They are determined
to put in their professionalism and power
of system, to attract and lead others
along this path, to build a new order
for Network Marketing.
This is the Story of Yan and Winnie.
